Infatti. La risposta alla domanda di chi è la proprietà immobiliare è semplicissima, automatica nel sistema tavolare.
Ciò detto, ricavare un museo (per che cosa??) da strutture fatiscenti poste all’interno dell’areale ferroviario operativo è un’assurdità. E non solo economica. Lì STA ci farà, probabilmente, nuove remise per i treni.
